Because we wish to create a network where people can interact and discuss their work and other aspects of being young researchers. As we want our webinars to be an amazing learning experience, we also feature classes given by leading experts. We hope that The Hitchhiker’s Guide to Rheology will help emerging rheologists find their ride on the adventurous journey of becoming a scientist.

We are Michel Orsi, currently a Postdoctoral Research Associate and Adjunct Assistant Professor in Jeff Morris Lab at the Levich Institute of the City College of New York, and Léa Cailly-Brandstäter, a PhD student supervised by Rudy Valette and Romain Castellani at CEMEF Mines Paris PSL. Talks and classes are recorded and uploaded to YouTube. If you need a certificate of attendance (e.g., these webinars can count as training hours for some doctoral students) ask for it at the end of each session on Zoom.
